REALsync warrants LCD and CRT monitors against defect in material or workmanship under normal use for a period of three (3) years (2 years for backlight) for parts and labor from the date of initial purchase as stated on original receipt with the following conditions:
Warranty period
1. Three year limited warranty for parts and labor
2. REALsync may repair or replace with new or factory rebuilt replacement at REALsync’s discretion. The warranty will be equal to the remainder of the original limited warranty period on the original product. All replaced parts will be property of REALsync.
Warranty coverage and conditions
1. The warranty only applies to products distributed by REALsync, or Realsync authorized distributors.
2. The warranty applies only to defects in material or workmanship as limited above and does not include normal wear items. The warranty does not apply to defects resulting from alteration, repair, modification, faulty installation, or service by anyone other than an authorized REALsync center. The warranty does not extend to damage due to misuse, accident, abuse, maintenance, mishandling, misapplication, use in violation of instructions furnished by us, damaged which occurs in shipment or any damage caused by an act of Nature (such as lightning, flood, earthquake, and line surges)
3. You must retain the original invoice.
4. Any replacement parts provided to the purchaser in fulfillment of this warranty does not extend the warranty period only the residual portion of the original warranty period remains.
5. Any replacement parts provided to the purchaser in fulfillment of this warranty does not extend the warranty period. Warranty will only apply for the residual portion of the original warranty period remains.
6. REALsync’s liability under this limited warranty shall in no event exceed the cost of authorized repairs, replacement with a similar REALsync product, reimbursement for authorized repairs or replacement, or the original cost of the product at the time of purchase, whichever is less

Obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) request within the applicable warranty period. Upon REALsync’s receipt of the RMA request form, an RMA number will be issued to the customer. No products without an RMA number will be accepted for service or return.

*The warranty and remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all others, whether oral or written, expressed, or implied, REALsync and PC Club specifically disclaims any and all implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall REALsync, or PC Club be liable for special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including, without limitation, damage to other property caused by any defect in this product, inconvenience, loss of goodwill, lost profits or revenue, loss of use of this product or any associated equipment, cost of substitutive equipment, downtime cost or claims of any part dealing with purchaser for such damages, resulting from the use of this product or any other legal theory.
